Extra Easy New Member! Tips and recipes please kind people!

Hi all!

I have just joined the site, I would like to lose half a stone which sounds alright, but it is the dreaded half a stone to get me back to my post baby weight! I did slimming world on my own following the book just after I had the baby and lost a stone. The ''baby'' is now 2!!

The reason I stopped the last time is because I was eating an identical menu each day (I mean exactly the same thing!!). I am here to find some syn free meals that I can make and get some tips.

I am 151.8lb this morning and I am 5ft 8 xxxx :rolleyes:
 
Welcome along.

Clearly you know the plan as you have successfully lost a stone. Planning is the key so although you have a 2 year old who no doubt keeps you very busy, you will need to find a bit of time to write everything down.

For ideas on what to eat you could look at the threads - what's for breakfast, lunch etc which can be found where the recipe section is, just scroll down to find it. Otherwise there are a billion and one recipes to try.

Good luck with everything, you will soon lose 7lbs! :)
