Good morning everyone. Im a new member here but not new to dieting, seem to have been doing that forever!! Ive lost weight successfully in the past with weight watchers but just dont seem to be able to stick to it now, i just feel hungry all the time. My last successful weight loss attempt was last summer where i lost just over a stone cutting out cards but as i am a vegetarian this really limited what i could eat. I am now back to square one again and about to embark on another diet, i really want to stick to it and keep the weight off this time. I am 40 next year and really want to feel good about myself and feel fit and healthy by then. I eat when im bored, i eat when im stressed, happy, upset etc etc, i just love food, I sometimes feel like im fighting a loosing battle and want to give up before ive even started. Ive got 3 stone to loose. any advice would be much appreciated. Thx everyone x ;)
