Hi everybody, I've just started LT, today is day 4 I'm coping by sheer willpower!!! don't know how long that will last. I have tried all the shakes and they are ok,my pharmacist gave me a free sample of the soup she said they get a negative response but she wanted me to try it and see for myself, so because it's quite cold and windy today and the thought of something warm spurred me on I have just had it for my second meal!!! of the day and I honestly didn't find it too bad.

Hiya!!! Welcome!! You'll get great support on here. It's great for tips, ideas and motivation. Your doing great!! Its great that u like d soup cos now you'll have more variety. Personally i cant handle d soup at all. Your flying now that you've gotten to day 4, 4&5 can be hard but im sure you are nearly in keytosis now. ( which makes it easier) remember to drink your water it really helps. I bet u cant wait for your first weigh in!! It'll really spur u on. Its great that u have such strong willpower! Your doing great and if you read some of the posts on here you'll get great ideas for different ways to have your shakes which make a nice change from time to time. Xxx

Hi Mo I'm on day 6 and because I've been jumping on the scales every day (wrong I know but I need to do it!) I know that I'm in for a real treat on Wednesday when I weigh in!

We're a similar height and have similar amounts of weight to lose so I look forward to comparing notes with you......I'm very good at losing weight but have never managed to keep it all off for more than a couple of years!

This forum is the BEST and it's really helping me get through each day.

Hey, yes the water in ur tea/coffee counts, but aim to get over the 2litres if you can. Good luck with LT and ur first weigh in, the results are amazing and you'll feel on top of the world. xx

Thanks everybody I've found today really hard!! trouble is I really HATE plain water and I find although I'm not really hungry I WANT to put some food in my mouth HELP!!!
