ust joined after a friend recommended the site. Have had a quick look at various threads and there's LOADS of really great info on here.. as well as lots of encouragement and support.

I joined WW 12 weeks ago and have just got my 10%, having lost 20.5 pounds

I'm sooo chuffed. I've been very overweight for years and at last have found a plan that works!!

I've been wearing size 20 trousers/skirts for about 5 years and yesterday I bought 2 pairs of SIZE 16 jeans!!!!

I've lost 5 inches round my waist and 4 round my hips.

Still have a way to go, but am feeling GREAT!

Well done!! I have just joined this week and think its a great plan. Have previously been successful with slimming world but really needed to get portion sizes into check and think this will help. Hope you have more success with the plan x

Hi, I am new to this site too.

You have done really well on the plan, I am only on my second week but hopefully will have similar results.

Well done that's brilliant I am also only on my second week . I have a weigh in on Tuesday again . Think this site is great for motivation and to keep yah on the wagon :)

I must say I have also seriously upped my exercise... Walking as much as poss and doing an Aquafit session every week. Think has really contributed to the loss of inches.

The thing I love about this Plan is that you really can have ANYTHING you want... as long as you stay within your daily points (or use your weekly points)
You can also earn extra points by doing exercise

welcome to the site :) thats an amazing achievement, I'm so jealous! I cannot wait to reach one of my goals!
