    hi al im new on here been doing ww for four weeks and have lost 8.5 lbs just need some support x

    hi all lost another 2lb this week i made chicken and sausage gumba for tea on wed and must say it was lush lol , i make alot of the 0 point soups too and have has a starter then main of steak and salad or gammon and baked vegetables i allow myself a scoop of ice-cream with mixed fruit for my desert every night . i have porridge every morning and a banana toastie with ww bread for 2 points i also have plenty of baby tom or grapes to snack on good luck everyone with weigh in this week love me x

    thanks all been bit down this weekend but think ive stayed on track will start tracking on monday to make sure i stay in my points totm so really fed up lol good luck all and thanks for your support xx

    well i found something this weekend that i liked frozen banana yummy tastes just like ice cream but with 0 points x

    frozen banana is yummy I whizz mine up after its been frozen and it just looks like ice cream x
