hi all,

i have just started CD (on day 8 now) and lost 7 in my first week.

my target is around another 17lbs, i know thats not a huge amount, but went for CD as manage to keep my weight mostly stable, but could not lose any which was really frustrating! then i have 4 friends who did LL & CD and lost loads quickly...

i have 2 children and a husband and a fulltime job (out of the house)

so anyway - am hoping to lose around 3 a week (on sole source) but would be happy if it balances out...

i may be on day 8 - but still hungry

Hi, welcome to the forum. Good luck with those 17lbs. I'm sure you'll be able to do it with CD.

Well done on the 7lb loss! superb start!!

Sure the other 17lb will fly off - good luck! The physical hunger will go soon, its just the psycological we gotta deal with! Don't listen to the little voices! haha!

thanks for the messages.. but i'm on day 9 and still hungry

drinking so much water.... i'm sloshing around, but i know its short term, so.... anyway - i cant lose this personal challenge
