    Hi all

Can't believe I'm saying this but I have come back off holiday and Wi and I am 25st exactly! What the f***!!!!!

I'm so cross with myself, disappointed but most of all angry that I do t seem to be able to conquer this!

Today has to be a new start forever, I'm not happy like this and it has to change. What scares me is I don't think I even ate that badly on holiday so I must have a really bad sense of what is normal!

    Day one starts now!

It's just over a stone love, don't get angry at yourself - you needed a break! Think of all the good work you've done! It'll largely be water retention too. Try not to worry and don't give yourself a bad end to your holiday. It'll be gone before you know it! xx

Some of that gain will certainly be water retention, so it'll move downwards pretty quickly. We all need breaks from time to time, so just view it as an anomaly and get straight back to normal eating - don't let it get you down, please! I had a four day break from calorie control last week, for my birthday, and I'll find out tomorrow what the damage is, and I'll no doubt be pissed off at the number. But onwards and downwards as they say! :) xx

Here to sub. You will have most of that gone in a few weeks. It has to be mostly just water. Keep the head down and be focused and u will be back on track within a couple of days :)

Have woken up determined which is good as last night I was planning a binge, I'm a nightmare! Anyway I'm not going to and I'm taking no money to work so I can't be tempted to buy lunch instead of my shake.

    b- sf shake
    Snack - mini cathedral city
    L- sf shake
    Snack - oat cake
Dinner- low low cauliflower cheese, veg and fish

    That's the plan :)

Great to hear about you getting your focus back hun, but that doesn't sound like much food to me?

What about adding in some leafy green salads and a piece of fruit? xxx

Thanks hun I will have lots of veg with dinner.

I ended up having one snack of the cheese and a cuppa soup and have had my shakes. Day one proper going well :)

Think I did have some water weight as scales already showing more loss so maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought.

    Xx

Well done lovely :) Have you checked how many cals you should have (I'm guessing you'd be near me so 1900ish+) as we need more than the suggested 600 cal evening meal on SF xx
