Well iv finally bit the bullet and joined back to slimming world :p

A stone heavier then when i went to my last meeting 6 month ago :eek:

So iv decided to keep a new diary! Any input and help would be really really appreciated! Always on the look out for new tips ect!

Day one

Breakfast
2 slices of weightwatchers wholemeal bread (HEB)

low fat chicken supernoodles
mushrooms

Slimming world quiche made with mushrooms,peppers,bacon!

1 cup of tea (HEA milk )

Well I was on slimming world before lost a stone and a half stopped going and put the stone back on so joined another group Tuesday :) can't do it at home I think I need the whole getting weighed infront of people to push me sort of thing xx

Yeah I know what you mean! I used to go to class but I couldn't be bothered to stay so just went to get weighed, but couldn't justify spending the money to weigh myself when I had scales at home, so signed up online instead. But losing a stone and a half before is so good! How long did it take you? x
 
only took me 5 weeks! Yeah i know exactly what you meen i hated spending a fiver just to get weighed when boots has a machine for 50p haha but this time im gona try and stay at the group to give me a bit motivation :) i was looking into signing up online but decided with group! knowing me il get sick of trecking down every week again and end up doing it online tho im so lazy haha x

Been to the gym today aswell and done an hour! 20 mins on the tredmill! 15 on the bike and the rest on the weights :0 Jodie marsh eat yo heart out ;)
 
Also you don't want to look like Jodie Marsh so lay off those weights...;)
 
Haha she is quite scary isn't she but Iv got bingo wins so need to do plenty arm work!

4 tablespoons of Nutella

Warm the Nutella In the microwave to melt
Crush the ryvita up to crumbs basically!
Mix and put in mini cake cases :) Pop in the fridge till they go hard
Voila x :)

Was gona have another trip to the gym but jeeeze me legs are hurting off yesterday sooo just gona have a walk to work as have to see my boss! Thats a 30 minute walk so a bit of body magic :) got my boyfriends daughter all day tommorow shes 4 so we having a little party for her! Buying myself a few little bags of apple slices ect so im not tempted to eat toffee apples and cake :(
Gym again sunday is my plan soooooo feeling very positive for a good loss on tuesday.....fingers crossed :)
