Yeah, I've been eating lots of superfree/free foods, but I can't imagine loosing weight when I'm eating so much! I'm going to start using side plates, to try and cut my portion sizes down :) x

Sounds as though you've only just started with the plan? If you have, I would wait for your first weigh in to see how you've done - you could be pleasantly surprised!
If you've been doing it for a while, are you losing?

Hi, here to sub and cheer you on! Your target makes me squeak though... you are three inches taller than me and I would never aim that low :) I am too fond of the sweet stuff.

I only do EE so will be interested to see how Red days work.

I only do EE so will be interested to see how Red days work.
I used to weigh between 9.12 and at my very heaviest 10.4. So thouht id get to 10.7 see how my clothes fit. :)

Red days are supposed to help u lose it quicker but im a slow loser ill lose small first week then gain next for no reason. But im determined to fit back in my jeans in my wardrobe by my 40th birthday next year :)
