New Starter a week in

I started a week ago and had first weigh in yesturday, I've lost 8lbs and very happy with that.

I am finding it ok, I did LL a couple of years ago and lost 3stone in 3 months but put it back, my own fault though.

I like the shakes and bars but cannot stand the soups.

Well done lovely! 8lbs is a good first loss.

I'm the opposite I like the soups - have you tried adding some spices to them to mix them up a bit? I find the tomato one needs a lot of black pepper before I can enjoy it!

The only soup I like so far is the vegetable. Going to try the mushroom tonight for dinner.

That's a fantastic loss so far :) As for the soups .... i tried the Thai chicken one and the Vegetable one (i think) but gagged with them both and couldn't finish them !! I'm now on the shakes only and love them all ...you either love them or hate them it seems lol. Just go with what you like :)

I'm on the shakes, I find the soups EUGH but that's just my own personal taste...I blooming love ALL of the shakes, especially vanilla with a little spoon of coffee in it! Yum!
