    Hi everyone,

    I started Cambridge about 4weeks ago now, I've lost 15lb so far. I'm a bridesmaid n July and need to lose another 2stone, to get into my dress. I am panicking a bit now can anyone give me some support please and tell me that I can do this!!!! Please help me I'm stressing myself out!!!

    You certainly can do it!!!! Its on average a stone a month on a meal replacement diet so you are well on track! Dont cheat lol and keep your water intake to 3 litres and you will defo make your goal! Start measuring yourself too as some weeks if loss is low you may be lising inches......an its inches that affect your dress size :0)

    Lol thanks. Well I've ordered the dress in a size 12 didn't want to put to much pressure on myself lol!! Weigh in this Wednesday hope it's good!! Also do u think it is ok to do some brisk walking to help it along or would that be to much for my body?:-/ :)

    Im the same i have a size 12 dress for a big wedding in early August so im on it big style as after what it cost i cant buy another one!! I think you'll be ok with your walking,just take it easy esp to start with as ive found its when you stop you can feel shakey an dizzy if you do too much. Also if you do too much it can make you hungry as you need that extra energy we dont have but brisk walking should be ok! :0)

    So in the same boat then lol! Yeah I can't ask her to exchange it either so really panicking I should get there though!! When do weigh in? I'm on Wednesday so we shall see! :(

    You'll defo get there!! My weigh days are Wednesdays too my 1st wk this Wednesday!! We can see how we've both done :0)

    I no :( I hope it's a biggish loss lol 4lb I'll be happy!! Feel so bloated think I'm retaining water again! How u get in today no cheats?

    Well its my 1st wk weigh in so hope its good! Lol No cheats! Im on it 100% :0) finally been messing around on an off for wks but this is first full no cheating wk haha im even on black coffee so hoping that little switch is on an i can stay like this. How have you been? Is tomorrow end of your 5th wk?!x

    Yeah last week I had a cheat and I didn't feel any better for it that is what I need to remember!!! Weigh in tomorrow :| I hope I lose at least 4lb I'll be happy! Yeah 5th week tomoz dreading it! I'll let u no how I get on! When do u weigh in?

    I weigh in tomorrow morning too!! So we can both see an motivate if a rubbish wk lol i know with my pcos i wont have huge losses but im still hopeful for anything more than 2lbs!!! Your doing so well at 5wks! I cant wait til im there :0)

    Don't worry u will get there! My weigh is evening so I will let you know!! We have to stay strong for Easter so much food everywhere driving me mad! Hoping to work to stay on track.

    So i have a loss of 4lbs!! Happy with that :0) it does keep you motivated when its a good loss-makes not eating an drinking worth it!!! Hope yours is good later tonight!
    I know an its my little boys 3rd Birthday Sunday so baking a cake and wer away with friends Friday&Saturday so around food an drink lol then family party Sunday!!!! Lots of temptation! I feel strong tho so i will be ok :0)

    So weighed in tonight and really not happy only lost 1lb I could of cried actually I did a ill bit!! I'm stressing so much about this stupid dress that I am panicking!! So I've decided to go back onto 3 shakes a day instead of 4, see if that does anything! So tempted to stuff my face!!! :(

    Dont do it!!! I hope you've stayed strong?! Ok have you taken measurements?! You may have lost 2inches off your tummy but not showing on scales!!
    Do you normally lose alot more or can it vary on things like your time of month,if you've cheated etc
    I completely 100% understand that crappy feeling of thinking you've starved yourself for a 1lb.....but....your 1lb nearer an in a few hrs you'll be starting a new day of your next wk!!!!! You will wake up relieved you didnt give in to eating!! Just dont panic!!! Its inches which help drop dress sizes so start doing that too,really helos on low weigh in wks x

    Ps dont panic lol no really you have about 10wks or so til you need to fit in dress which is loads of time so if in worst case an thats absolute worst case if you lost 2lbs a wk you'd reach your target!x

    Sorry haven't replied been so busy lol! I didn't cheat just went to bed with the hump and woke thinking oh well might b a bigger weight loss next week!! I think I'm holding water tbh cos I feel bloated and it's not time of the month I normally carry a week before I'm due on! And that's not for another 2weeks but anyway stayed strong and had to tell myself I'm being silly!!! This time round I'm not losing as much for some reason just have to be patient! Thanks though really helped :) xx
