New Starter

Hi all

Started on TS today - got to the end and coped, but that was just Day 1.:D

I did Cambridge last year and lost 3.5 stones - delighted. Rolled off plan late summer.
At the moment I have regained a stone, so need to address that pronto, hence on this - vlcd seems to work for me, I feel more in control. I had tried Slimming World but too much freedom.
So once I reach target I'm going to do 5:2 with the exante products. Service seems to be excellent - quick delivery, free scales, some free bars and free chilli meals. Being a true Scot, that gladdens my heart.
Enjoyed the products today, had choc orange bar at lunch time, thai chicken soup (spiced up with some Season All and chilli flakes) at tea time and just had a toffee/walnut bar - all very tasty. Drank at least 2l water, some coffee and tea (no milk)
Here's hoping for a rapid entry into ketosis

I find weekends are always the hardest!! So worth it when you make it through though as makes the week seem easier.. Or maybe that's just me?
