Hi Guys,

Just wanted to pick your brians about a recipe I'm going to cook from this book. If anyone has it I'd appreciate your opinion. Either SW has changed or I'm losing the plot lol. The recipe is "Oriental Pork & Vegetable salad" and the book says it free on Red (I do Green/Red not EE) but there is 198g of baby sweetcorn in it. As far as I am aware sweetcorn isn't free on Original.

I've text my C but she's not come back to me. I'm going to send SW a email if I'm right.

Comments would be appreciated.

xx

That makes no sense at all lol surely sweetcorn is sweetcorn whether it's baby or fully grown?

whole baby sweetcorn raw cooked without fat, free on red/green/EE
sweetcorn corn on the cob free on green & EE, average each 7 syns on red.
That does seem rather strange doesn't it.

mature sweetcorn is full of natural sugars and carbs - something the small baby sweetcorn hasn't had a chance to develop.
