    This is for all us CD'ers who are going to stick to this 100% and not cheat.No excuses.We won't be encouraging you to have a piece of chicken when you really can't stand it.We might tell you to have an extra shake.We will tell you to have some water and brush your teeth and go do something to distract yourself.Every small victory makes the battle so much easier!! Together we can do it!

    Have previously been in a team which I really enjoyed. Was nice that we all supported and looked out for each other. Did get a bit 'touchy' at times but I guess that's the Cambridge grumps or is it just me that get them ;-)

    I don't think the weekly challenges are running any more but we can support each other and set up our own challenges :) There's 3 of us now yay :)

    I'm in! I was part of a team on fb this year- a girl on there puts people into colours- aqua, amber etc and tries to put people together who are similar- so maybe you should structure it like that

    Can I join please? I'm 3 weeks in but yet to have a WI as my CDC has been in hospital. I have a diary but it often feels like I am talking to myself so would love to be involved in one of the teams, if you'll have me :) I've got through the main events over the past couple of weeks without going off the rails. I'm drinking tonight but then completely 100% until goal and moving up the steps!

    You can both join :) we talk quite a lot on here. Especially me it seems.
    How are we all doing? Feeling positive?I am drinking my water and waiting for doc to check my blood pressure.
    ***Question of the day...how often do you weigh?***
    I weigh daily, first thing in the morning still in my nightie.waiting a week to weigh makes me less likely to stick to it.

    Whilst not at work, I weigh multiple times a day (probably everytime I go to the loo). It's a bit of a compulsion and it will settle down once I am back at work next Monday.

    I like your mini goals, you should achieve your first within a week or so which will be a nice boost!

    Good morning :)

    Well thank you both as I was coming on here to confess to having jumped on the scale this morning as a self confessed scale jumper and low and behold you are just like me ! Yippee :-D

    I know it's frowned upon by some but it keeps me on track and so happy that in one day I've lost just over 5Ibs - water etc it maybe but happy bunny here!

    Here's to a good day my lovelies x
