new to cambridge

    hello all,
    its day 2 today and i am struggling with the tiredness.coupled with frequent trips to the loo.:sigh:
    pls can you reassure me that it gets better and its all going to be worth it.

    Just keep the reason in your head why you started this :)

    What plan are you on ?
    Its hard I know , I guess if you think why you started CD it will outweigh the negative feelings ? Do you have much to lose ?
    If you find it hard and your just SS might want to do another plan of CD ?

    Im doing ss+ and I had a blow out one of the days in my first week and I lost 7lbs! It is definately worth it but it is hard work. Good luck x

    wow 7 pounds , I had 3 day blow out today i'm back on track , just have to say ho well i'm only human lol

    wow i am on sole source but its my sons 16th b/day on friday and i am worried about what will happen to eat or not to eat thats the question ??

    well look for chicken , salad , fish dish , keep away from carb if you can , cos makes it harder to get back on the diet , you will know what way you will go once your there
