Ive come off CD after 4 weeks due to not eating was making me extremely miserable so thought id come onto Calorie counting to see if this will work. I need some advice please
Thinking along the lines of the following for daily diet
B - Fruit smoothy
L - Tuna/chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread
D - Tesco Ultraslim shake OR salmon/chicken & veg
Im unsure on how many calories I need to be eating in order to lose weight. Im 5f6 and currently 14st 10lbs and would like to get down to 11st by end of september. Is this possible? I have a treadmill and exercise bike at home which I like to use but unsure how long I need to exercise for the amount of calories I would be eating!
Any advice appreciated! x
