New to CC advice needed!


Ive come off CD after 4 weeks due to not eating was making me extremely miserable so thought id come onto Calorie counting to see if this will work. I need some advice please :)
Thinking along the lines of the following for daily diet
B - Fruit smoothy
L - Tuna/chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread
D - Tesco Ultraslim shake OR salmon/chicken & veg

Im unsure on how many calories I need to be eating in order to lose weight. Im 5f6 and currently 14st 10lbs and would like to get down to 11st by end of september. Is this possible? I have a treadmill and exercise bike at home which I like to use but unsure how long I need to exercise for the amount of calories I would be eating!

check out this site it should help you work out what calories you should be eating and exercising to lose weight, you may wish to join up to spark people, calorie counter or fitday, these site track your calories and your weight for you.
