new to cc

Hello to everyone:)i first joined here a couple of weeks ago mainly on the exante thread but to be honest i only lasted a couple of days on the diet.I started browsing on this thread and finally decided to start cc especially after reading peoples diaries and seeing how well it works,i had my 1st weigh in on monday and i lost 4lb which i was really pleased with:)i have kind of gone off the rails again a bit so back on it today,i am hoping to lose 40lb for the end of september!!!

How are you getting on?

CC makes you feel in control of your food, and it is really surprising where those hidden calories are! I'm certainly not surprised now at how I've put on so much weight!

Thanks for the warm welcome:)i have been struggling already over the last couple of days:(i am very good up until 5pm then it all goes to pot but i have decided i need to do something at that time so i think i will start going for a walk.I am trying to stick to 1100 calories a day so far today i have had
medium baked potato
chicken and sweetcorn with extra light mayo
half sugarfree jelly with stawberries
small pot mullerlight
I am not to sure what to have for tea yet.
Don't worry if you're struggling at the moment, it will soon change when you see the scales moving :)

I find it hard after 5pm aswell, so I try to go for a walk, then cook dinner, then pop on here to keep my mind in the right place!
