New to CD - sort of!!

Hi everyone!

I've tried CD before, and failed (about 4 years ago), and I'm trying it again. And failing. I only signed up on Saturday!!

I'm doing the milk option cos I can't do sole source because of BMI. I really feel I need to lose weight badly for health reasons, so why do I find it so difficult to do?

Would I be better trying maybe step 3 with some food? How do I stop wanting actual food??

Any tips would be so appreciated, thanks
