Week Three.....

Thought I would start a little diary.
I probably won't post every day but will try to do more days than not on here.
So I need to DO SOMETHING about my weight.
Every time I do a diet.... I put a little bit more on.
This is my third go at Slimming world, Im an online member so any buddies/support/words of wisdom much appreciated.
WEEK ONE - 8 LB LOSS - WOOP WOOP
WEEK TWO - +1 LB - ?!?!?!? Am guessing its from the eating out/time of the month

BREAKFAST - SEMI SKIMMED MILK WITH SULTANA BRAN
LUNCH - ROAST CHICKEN (NO SKIN) WITH SWEDE, CARROTS, GREENS, GRAVY WITH VEG GRANULES AND STOCK CUBE (2 SYNS)?
SNACK - MELON AND DEFROSTED BERRIES
DINNER - MUSHY PEAS, CHICKEN, SWEDE
SNACK - FAT FREE FROMAGE FRAIS, BANANA AND HONEY (1 SYN)
