New to lipotrim tomorrow first day any advice x

    Hi everyone,
    i'm new to the site aswel as Lipotrim. Starting tomorrow have a lot to lose but was thinkinking after hopefully getting to 3st off id like to go back to slimming world. Any advice on Lipotrim and your experiences greatly received.

    Hi Corlie,

    Im starting lipotrim tomorrow as well, this will be my second go at it. I done it for three weeks about 2 years ago and lost about 18lbs, my downfall was that I didn't drink enough water and I couldn't contend with the headaches so my best bit of advice would be to drink water very frequently during the day, I hate water so it's really hard for me but it really does help.
    After I came off LT I tried just being really careful what I ate but the fact that I could eat again just made it far too easy to eat too much of all the bad stuff..so this time I think like you I will go on to slimming world or weight watchers to help keep me on track.

    Tganks so much like you i fi d it hard to drink water on its own but think im going to fill a 2ltr bottle an try it that way everyone at work talking about it though (while eating bacon butties *******)

    I've had it the same this morning with everyone eating bacon butties and making me cups of tea which of course I can't drink. Trying not to think about it too much and keep occupied with work, the first few days are the hardest till ketosis kicks in so just keep thinking of the end results. .that's what will keep me going :)

    Hi guys started lipotrim today just had my 2nd shake (could eat a horse) . Had chocolate for breakfast and just had vanilla hot with teaspoon of coffee . Hopefully will get to the not hungry bit soon. :(

    Hopefully days 3 and 4 should be easier, that's when I found I started to be less hungry before. My problem last time as well was I got so bored with the same stuff all the time and not being able to chew anything (I couldn't eat the flap jacks) as silly as that might sound but I just kept craving something with a different texture.
    Never mind. .we'll get through it!

    Well ladies at the minute im eating peanut butter flapjack. I can honestly say its the longest a flapjack has lasted for me lol. Nearly at end but at least its mademe drink ALOT. first day nearly over i feel more tired than normal. But that could just be because thursday. At least this time next week well all be slimmer x

    Well I'm having my first coffee of the day, trying to postpone the last shake so I'm hopefully not too hungry later. Looking for ideas on what else I can add to the shakes to make them a bit different and less boring. Not looking forward to tomorrow as day 2 was bad for me last time, fingers crossed it's better this time. x

    I've drank all 3 litres no headache just want to eat (I miss coffee with milk more than food) well roll on day two onward to the land of the slim

    Hi all.
    Well day two i called pharmacy as really missing a brew not advised but said i can have a small amount of skimmed (think there wring from the research ive done) so had one with lite soya milk. I made my breakfast shake a mouse an semi froze was really nice. Drinking a soup an mite have my last shake later as a hot chocolate. How you doing today x

    I didn't think we were allowed any milk at all..If we are I'm happy as Larry as I only ever have a tiny bit anyway, not going to risk it though will stick with my black coffee, which Is what I'm drinking now whilst in the bath trying to avoid the smell of the dinner that my other half is cooking downstairs..will save my shake for later when I get out. Very hungry today but thankfully it's nearly over..early night for me. Good luck over the weekend!!

    Soip was lovely onve i added salt. Ive read that i cant aswel she said if i must skimmed. Ive had a soya brew an mihjt have one a day then see what scales say next week. If i loose nothimg im going to ask pharmacist for a free week. I feel really tired though wonder if thats usual

    It's normal to feel tired at first, your body isn't used to the lack of food etc yet so it feels run down, will start to feel the energy pick up in a few days so don't worry just plough through..I'm using the tiredness to catch up on some much needed sleep. Got a uni final assignment to write this month as well so hoping the hunger and tiredness stops at the same time so I can concentrate, got so much to do!

    Feel really tired today and strangely emotional lol, think not eating is affecting my brain. Really looking forward to going to bed so I can stop thinking about food. How you doing today? X

    Or hun hope your feeling better today i was cranky an snappy but i find things harder when im emotional so hope today was better. I feel good today (although i stumbled an ate.some tuna due.to a day out at zoo) but.couldve been worse in the past i would have polished off the kida leftovers an i didnt even eat a chip. Also my friend is on LT an lost 15lb in 8 days. Half of that id be happy. So i hopeyouve had a better day wooblyboobly only three days an well be able to see our hard work on the scales xx

    Hiya, well yesterday wasn't too bad, today I'm feeling totally normal so happy with that, not long till the first week is out of the way and that's a good milestone to get to.
    Well done on being good at the zoo, a bit of tuna is way better than chips and leftovers, should be happy with yourself coz at least you showed restraint! I don't think I would be able to, if I was to have a bite of anything I think I would cave, what's getting to me at the moment and making me want to eat is the horrible taste in my mouth, drinking loads of water and got those mint strip things but its still driving me mad.

    I soo know what you mean about the taste my little girl said i had poopoo breath. Well today i had to weigh in (im working tomorrow an pharmacy shut) 12lb i couldnt believe it i nearly fell off the scale i was that pleased. Hope your days goin well an good luck for tomorrows weigh in xx
