New to Minimins old member of RC

Hi guys I am new here but been doing RC for a few years I lost 3st in 2 years and now I am at a total stand still!

I have a knee disability which I've had for 8 years so struggle to exercise a lot.

I tend to stick to 1200kcals because of this.

Just look for lots of inspiration and advice :D

Last week I lost 2 and a quarter pound this week I put a pound and a quarter on and did the exact same thing??

I do RC at home as there is no classes near me.
