    I am Louise and new to the forums, just registered so will spend a little time looking around.

    I am 40 just done lots of diets and have been dietchef and golower lately cause i am pretty lazy about cooking.

    welcome to the board, which diet are you following at the moment. im following one simular to diet chef its called weight to go its 850 calories a day and im loving it.
