New to plan.... some advice please

Hi guys. Started SF plan today and just wondered for your snack, i know it says you are allowed fruit but is this one peice of fruit or 95kcals worth. One banana is around 95kcals but I could have two apples for that or possibly even 3 satusumas. Also, what about making a small bowl of homemad veg soup? I know I am only starting the plan so I am not going to deviate away from the plan but I was just wondering. Think I might sicken myself with chocolate also as all the shakes I have bought are choc.

Any help would be much appreciated

The snacks are 100 cals worth of fruit, or whatever u chose to have.

Personally on the soup I dont have home made, I have tinned stuff from the shop (Weight Watchers do cans of soup for under 100 cals and they are in £land!)
 
You can have whatever you like so long as its 100 cals. SF's own website has a cal counter thingy on it and so does myfitnesspal.

Got to say on the choc thing my last snack i have around 9pm so sometimes have a kitkat or similiar. So long as its within your cals a wee bits fine. But maybe choc after the choc shake would be a bit much!
