I started WW this week and am finding it difficult to use the 29pts , basically when I'm good I an very good and vice versa I seem to only manage about 17pts and I know I probably won't lose weight that way.. Anybody else have that problem? This is what I ate today

Breakfast -
Peaches & pear pieces - opts
Mixed berries - opts
1 x Activia light yogurt - 2pt
Black coffee

Lunch -
2 x rye ryvita - 2pts
2 x laughing cow light triangles - 1pt
Tomatoe , red onion & black pepper

Dinner -
1 x chicken fillet grilled - opts
Lettuce
Homemade goddess dressing 2pt
Shredded carrot & courgette - opts

Thats only 7pts ... Usually I count the fruit I eat so this is hard

try eating ceral for breakfast then having the fruit from mid morning snack, or toast ww bread is 1pp per slice
