new to RC

hi all,

i am aware from reading various threads that there isnt too many of you on here.

i am going to my first RC class 2moro nite and my mum is going too so i'll have a bit of support.

was just wondering how many of you are active on a regular basis on the forum as i need all the support i can get.

hope u are all doing well, looking forward to reading some replies,:D

Theres not to many on this bit at the moment. Well done for joining RC. I'm currently in my 3rd week, 3dr weigh in wednesday...Eeeek!

Do you have much to loose?

i have about 40lbs (ish) to lose depending on my weight when i weigh in 2moro nite.

id like to post on the forum as much as possible as i think it will keep me motivated.

how are u finding the RC plan??

Hi Emz!!

Well done for for joining RC, must admit at moment i have got out of my regular routine but i try to walk, do excercise dvds and get out on my bike as much as poss.

I'm doing ok on it so far. Its really had tho, I just made the kids some muffins and they look sooooo good. I might have a sneaky bite of one later.

I'm trying to be strict with myself. I keep telling myself the quicker i get the weight off the quicker I can save my £6 a week! lol

Well girlies me and mum went to the meeting tonight and it was brill.!! The class leader is lovely and explained everything in detail.

So we stayed for the fitness class although mum isn't able to participate for medical reasons. I really enjoyed it though. Got the hang of it very easily. Mum is gonna try and do some armchair aerobics from the sidelines next week. It's great that we can do this together and keep each other motivated...

So I came home and watched the DVD and I took a couple of snaps of myself in pants and bra so I can see the difference and I have used my magic measure and recorded my starting measurements with the big clips. So here goes.....

I will be on here most days with updates etc and think I'll start a diary too lol.

Aww Thats really good. Which class is it? The one i go to is a dance bootcamp class. Its good fun and dont half wear me out.

Good luck this week. I was starving my first week but have got used to it now. The best bit of advice i could offer is to drink plenty as sometimes you can feel really hungry but your actually thirsty! Helps to fill you up to.
