New to shakes!

Hi everybody my names Chloe and Iv been doing sw for about 2 months with little success; I initially lost about five pounds then I just didnt follow it religiously which I know you have to do on sw! So I had a baby in July 14 and its made it hard to be strict with myself n get into a healthy eating routine.. Im 14st 10lb and 5ft 6 so idealy I need to be setting a goal of 10st 7lb, but I just want to get to atleast 11 by August. So Iv decided to do the shakes.. more than anything I know that if I stick to it then it will help me shed the first couple of stone quickly and supress my appetite so when I do go back to sw or whatever Ill be alot more motivated than I have been. Would love to here from some of you who are also doimg shakes or low calorie dieting. Thanks in advance!
