    Hi everyone :)

I tried CD in March last year and shifted just over two stone just before i got married in Sept 08' Fell off the wagon big style around xmas time and am now feeling miserable at how much i have let myself go. I have spinal problems which are driving me crazy because of my weight and after looking at a recent photo of myself on a girls nite out i could have cried. Its the jumpstart I need to get myself sorted out. I simply cant face CD again so giving slimfast a go. I am definitely an 'emotional eater' and 'boredom eating' is also a factor. Chocolate is my weakness.:break_diet:

    Onwards and downwards.

    Hi Mini

I bet there are loads of chocoholics out there! I quite like the little sachet skinny cow hot chocolate drinks so they could be quite helpful :)

Thanks for the tip on the ticker xx

i think the slim fast snack bars are a great way of giving you a chocolate fix... along witht he chocolate shakes (pre made ones are nicer imo)

good luck with what you have to lose, and keep us updated!!

    Hi
I was on cd before but I did not like the bars or the soups which left me just having 3 shakes a day. I just craved real food all the time. I am now on SF and I have a 200cal breakfast, sf shake for lunch and a 600cal meal with 2 healthy snacks and one naughty one.

    Hi

I had thought about doing the breakfast on alternate days just for a bit of variety, i am not going to weigh in until next friday, havent wavered yet with my chocolate obsession and the skinny cow sachets have stayed in the cupboard )

Good luck to all fellow slimfasters! :D

Havent tried the slimfast bars yet, was gonna try and do the shakes and the meal, hate the powdered slimfast (tastes nothing like the ready made stuff)

Have just charged up my Mp3 player and gonna give power walking a try. I live right next to the coast so got some nice scenery to look at while i am doing it :)

Actually feel quite motivated at the mo. :D
