New to Slimming World - determined to get to goal!!

Hi all,

So after losing 4 and a half stone with WW over the last 18months, my weight loss has stalled massively recently prompting me to give Slimming World a try. I fear I may have become a little jaded with the WW way and slipped into bad habits. I am hoping that focusing on what I should/should not eat will give me the kick start I need to get rid of the last 1/2 stone which takes me to a healthy BMI.

For those of you who have been on SW for some time, do you have any tips for me? I am so used to counting points I am struggling with the eat as much as you like of free foods - potatoes and meat esp as on WW these were high values . Also I exercise about 4 times a week -does this earn me any bonus syns??
