You can do either Hun. If you have the information of the class (times, location etc), then just turn up, or if you would rather you can call beforehand and the Consultant will make a point of saying hello to you personally when you arrive.
Good luck and enjoy it!

Just turn up, there is in my experience usually a table set aside for new starters.

You can ring the consultant beforehand (I assume you have the number from the website) if you wish to but you don't have to.

The benefit of phoning the consultant in advance is that there's less chance of you chickening out at the last minute and also she'll be looking out for you arriving so you won't have that awkward "what do i do now?" moment when you walk in the door.

good luck!

I've always rung the consultant before joining - you can have a chat with them before hand.
However, you don't need to - new members are always very welcome to just turn up on the night.

just show up, there will be a table to sit at and the whole thing explained to you before the class starts so you can sit in on the class if you want to after you have signed up. id go just a little earlier than the class starts though

have fun

i agree with turning up 5-10 mins early. i just turned up and the consultant was watching out for any newbies and just sat us all down in the corner and explained things to us before letting us weigh-in and then sit down to image therapy :)
