New to the forum and saying hello

    Hi all. Nat here. I've never been a member of any sort of forum or support group but my CDC thought it would be good for me and after reading a lot of posts this seems like an amazing and supportive place to start! :) so im on week 8 of the Cambridge plan and I've lost 45lbs. Feeling better than I can ever remember but with no one around me who knows what it's like to be on a FRD im starting to struggle. Im looking for friendship and inspiration and somewhere to share experiences!

    Thank you. I hit my 42lb goal 9 weeks early. That pretty much made my year so far. I now have all the determination in the world to hit 10st for the first time since I was probably 10 yrs old!

    Hi mammacass24 I've tried a million other diets and always slipped. This is the only one that's given me the determination not to slip up. I love food but im ready to give up my unhealthy relationship with it. I have developed an obsession with watching cookery programes though!! And super size super skinny! Gotta love 4od :) I started at 16st8. Now 13st5. Size 20 to size 16. Hoping to be 10st and a size 12( 10 if my hips allow!!) xx

Im a bit rubbish when it comes to all this Internet stuffs so learning slowly how to use this site and will try and start a diary tomorrow on my lunch break ( it's amazing how much you can fit in when you're not eating!!) if I discover how :). Onwards and downwards indeed.
