Hi Guys, I decided in the last week of October to do something about my weight. I had never been a bigger person throughout my childhood/teenage years but recently I had piled on the pounds - so I joined my local SW group, they had only been running a couple of weeks and I was reluctant at first to join. I currently have lost 1st 3.5lbs and somehow maintained over Xmas and got slimmer of the week last night. I haven't completely stuck to the diet and am still seeing results so overall I feel good. A long way off target but feeling very positive about it :)

Looking forward to exploring this group and getting some good advice/ideas
