hello evryone just thought id say hi as I am new
I have about 10-12lb to loose
I alternate with ww and sw but as I have gotten older find ww restrictive
I body optimise online and am usually succesful at losing 5lb then i get stuck, give up and re gain
this site and people is so inspiration, I am hoping to break that cycle this time

any advice is welcomed, lots of love lesley xxx

10-12lbs isnt much to loose, you can do it! Its all about keeping the motivation up and really wanting it, try new recipes.. get excited about the plan :)
