Hey I'm starting 2moro and would love a weight loss buddy. I'm 13.3 so we're more or less the same weight. Good luck with ur journey and I look forward to getting to know u and chatting on here x

Ooh happy days. It's good to have a buddy lol. Have u set a goal weight yet.? I'm 5''6 and I'm aiming for 9st 7lbs but I'm quite a big build so might end up stopping before that. Will just see how I go. How did u get on food wise in ur first week.? Did u find it easy enough to stick to.? x

I started SW almost 3 wks ago but am just doing it myself at home... I just joined the forum today... Looks like we're all looking to lose about the same amount of weight, although I'm a stone heavier.

Of course u can luvvie the more the merrier.!! I'm doing it at home too. I have all the books from being at a class before and I've just bought the latest issue of the SW magazine. Good luck girlies xx

hi, I'm newish to SW (this time around lol). I've lost 2lb in the last 3 weeks on extra easy, so I've switched to green! Hoping for a good loss this week!

Well done! I'm also doing it at home but still putting 2 pound a week away so that I can buy myself some nice clothes when i'm at target I want to be 9.7 stone and 5-4 x

Well done on ur loss so far diamond daisy. I played about with the idea of doing green days. I'm not a veggie or anything but I don't always eat a lot of meat. But so as I have the option I'm just gonna stick with EE. x

Yikes we have the same targets at the minute..!! Lol. But as I said coz I'm 5'6 and a larger build I mite stop around the 10 mark.

Wow we're all doing it from home then... We must make this our official ''SWers at home'' club lol. Surely it's better than a weekly meeting as we can all come on here everyday and have a chat and a rant if needed. Woohoo girlies good luck xx

Just weighed myself and i'm 13.1 lost a pound this week :) i've been out and bought a cross trainer as well so i'm hoping for a good weight loss next week x

My SW books are quite old (2003) and I keep seeing people going on about Extra Easy? Could someone explain what that is please? I've got to grips with the free, healthy extra and syn foods but don't want to be missing out on anything if it includes more food! Oink, oink!

You can have everything thats free on red and green days but you can only have 1 healthy a and 1 healthy b x

Hi, just wanted to add to this that one third of every meal on EE must be superfree (basically fresh fruit or veg, not including potatoes).

hey ladies i decided not to start today as i hate starting diets on a monday as i never seem to last. and im out for a pamper afternoon with my bestie 2moro (massage, facial and pedicure) and then we're out for dinner so im going to start on wednesday.

so hopefully i'll be all rested and relaxed and mind cleared tomorrow ready to start on wed.

woohooo cant wait.

Have you tried the double choc alpen light bars? You can have two as a hexb. Try and stick to small bars, like fudge or curly wurly. I also like to indulge in a few cubes of bournville for a really intense hit. Or a choc mini milk, for only 1.5 syns? Good luck x
