Hiya your the same as me! Lost just 2lbs off 4stone with slimming world and then lost the plot. I.m on day 3 and it.s been surprisingly easier than i thought but i still have way to go. Good luck :)

Well good luck, think i.m lucky i like all the 3 shakes and the soup. Not got the flapjack after bad reviews on here lol. I have been drinking fizzy water (plain) seems to fill me more. I.ll be shaking it too in the morning :)

Well thats 2 shakes down, Used chilled water the second time round and it was much better.
Have been to the garden centre with my friend and had a coffee and fizzy water in the cafe while she spent the whole time talking about her breakfast !! I dont really care as i want to lose this weight soo bad.
She finds it really difficult to understand why i am taking this drastic step but i am doing it for me and my family. I dont care what others think. My boyf is really supportive and i am in the right place to do this.
I am really concerned about the breath thing in the next week as have lot of meetings and interviews to do. think i will be ordering some breath strips me thinks !!

Well ending day one !! Had nearly all my water and a substantial amount of coffee !! Feeling good. Other half is in the services so looking forward to him coming home to a smaller me !!
First day back at work tomorrow so need to prepare myself for a bit of office sabotage but i am strong i can do this.
Breath strips ordered and peppermint tea on my list of things to do tomorrow !
Scared of feeling like poo in next couple of days but know there will be light at end of the tunnel xx

First three or four days are the hardest!!! Get through them and get int ketosis and you'll be grand!!! Good luck to you!!! xxx

Get plenty of rest the first week.... it can be tough going!!! Let your body get used to things!!!! Bet you can't wait for weigh in!!! x

Oh god Day 2 !!! Im really tired and my tummy has been rumbling all day !!
Have been interviewing all day and this afternoon got quite difficult. However i am now on shake 3 and still confident that i can do this. !!! Have took the dog out for a long walk to keep my mind off my tummy and have brought a few magazines to keep me entertained tonight !!
Popped to the chemist to check she had remembered to order my lipo and she had forgot till it was too late to get it for tomorrow so now have to wait till Thursday pm. Im not going with out i am just having all strawb which is all she has in stock however i need a different flavour !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking forward to the end of tomorrow as am hoping will feel better but Thursday Day 4.

Ooooh you defiantly need to get the other favours. I.m just having my 3rd one now, vanilla with half a cup of coffee in. First time i.ve had one warm and i like! :) i.ve been a bit light headed today and thought maybe i need to eat but then thought like hell i.m not putting myself through all this to give in before the weeks out! How much do you want to lose if you don.t mind me asking x x
