hi everyone.

I have just finished week one yesterday and lost 7 pounds :)! Thought it might be a little more, but however... :sigh:

I started week two today adn feeling really postive after breaking the diet yesterday with a few little cheats! I had 3/4 of a turkey sandwich!! :mad: I'm so dissapointed with myself but I'm only human!

It's my birthday in 4 weeks and i would love to drop 2 stone! But that isn't really very realistic! :eek: So I am planning on a stone... but really a stone and a half! and i was just wondering weather this can be done ( without cheating of course).

I am so serious this time and really need to loose the weight as the birthdya that is coming up is a pretty big one! 18!!!!!

any help would be great!! :D

Im also new to this diet aswell. Started today infact. I dont really know the the ins and outs of this diet properly yet but just wanted to say 7 pounds is brilliant. Id be more then happy to get that in my first weigh in :)
Its half a stone gone!

Ill be turning 19 whislt on this diet so ill know how you feel

You will lose an amazing amount of weight ONLY if you DO...NOT...CHEAT! If you stick with it, I hope that the weight loss you have will motivate you into keeping to LT 100% until you have lost ALL the weight you aim to....NOT just until your 18th, in 4 weeks time. I don't know how you are going to mark the occasion, but can you put a hold on a boozy/foody/party celebration until you have completed LT??? Then you will have something to really celebrate...like being slim and looking totally amazing????

So are we all! But if you're to hit your target you're going to HAVE to knock it on the head! The turkey in itself wouldn't have been too bad, but the bread- er CARBS!!!!! And I'm sure there was some kind of spread too?!

I lost 7lbs the first week, 4lbs the second, and a steady 2lbs a week since then. If you really want to get that stone off you're going to have to do this 100%

Avoid situations where there is food. Drink a glass of water if you get a craving. Distract yourself any way you can- you don't NEED food atm, your LT will give your body all it needs!

Stick with it 100% and you will lose at least another stone in 4 weeks. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and keep your goals in mind. Do not eat anything else, you really don't need it. Just remember, it will all still be there for you when you have finished LT. Good luck.
