New to WW -My Diary :)

    Hi guys im new to WW, this is my food diary if im doin anything wrong plzzzz let me know :) Daily points =29 and I only ever drink Diet Coke or Water :)

    Tuesday

    Brekkie
    30g Branflakes 3
    70ml Semi-skimmed milk 1
    Banana 0

    Lunch
    2 x White bread 4
    Ham 2
    Cheese 2

    Dinner
    Southern fried chicken fillet 6.5
    chinese savoury rice 6


    Wednesday

    Brekkie
    30g Branflakes 3
    70ml Semi-skimmed 1
    Banana 0
    Activia yoghurt 2.5

    Lunch
    Baked Potato 4
    Baked Beans 5

    Dinner
    Chicken Breast 4
    Stir fry veg 0
    Sweet chilli sauce 3

    Snack
    2 x digestive biscuits 3
    Butter 1
    WW Toffee Crumble 3


    Thursday

    Brekkie
    Branflakes 3
    70ml Semi-skimmed 1
    Banana 0

    Lunch
    Baguette 8
    Tuna 3
    Mayo 2

    Dinner
    Chicken Dippers 6
    Oven chips 5
    Red Sauce 1

    Snack
    WW Choc Bar 2

    Steak & Cheese SUBWAY 9 (this seems so low for subway but got the points on here :s)

    Walkers Baked crisps 3

    Will maybe have a Curly Wurly aswell lol 3.5 points :)
