Hi, I've previously been a slimming world devotee, but after reaching target (5 stone loss), gaining 2 stone, reaching target and regaining 2 stone again....I've decided that I need a new approach. I've considered weight watchers before, simply because the apparent flexibility seems to make more sense for maintaining (hoping!). I've had a hell of a year so far and am now in the right frame of mind to start again. I plan on joining a meeting, but I've started already (pro points, but aware of simple start), using good old google for point information. It's all feel very sensible and apparently straight forward. Weigh in this morning of 10st 9, so 2 stone (and a little bit!) to go. Wish me luck!
