new today got a lot to loose

Congratulations on joining SW !!

I joined at the start of August and love it. I have been really trying to eat a lot of Super Free Foods (mushrooms, etc) and keeping my syns at between 5 - 8 where possible and its worked so far :)

So went to docs on tues and id lost 5lb but when went SW only lost 3.5lb. Apparently cos different.scales.
Had people tell me off cos im not eating enough. Only having one meal a day. So going to try 3 meals this week. It had better work!!!
