Hi everyone, I’ve just signed up for the online membership. I’m not quite sure where to begin with not having the books you would get if you attended meetings.
 
Hi Welcome to Minimins. I'd use the online resources first. Lots of recipes and other info there. then you can mix it up with some books if you want them in a few months time. I recommend planning your meals, experimenting with new zero points foods and recipes, and if you cook for others, give them similar meals - maybe some extra carbs or oil for others who need the calories. Use the app to track what you actually eat. Have fun!
