Hi Welcome to Minimins. I'd use the online resources first. Lots of recipes and other info there. then you can mix it up with some books if you want them in a few months time. I recommend planning your meals, experimenting with new zero points foods and recipes, and if you cook for others, give them similar meals - maybe some extra carbs or oil for others who need the calories.
