Step 1 Sole Source New year-new me 2014

  1. Elli everyone!
    Had enough of being Huuuge!! Started Cambridge on Monday 3rd march weighing 23st 2 1/2 lbs......
    Omg :'(
    This is being done for me, and my kids. This weight is going this year, never to return!!

    Another motivation I have, is we are renewing our wedding vows in Florida at Xmas and want to wear a smaller dress than 10 year ago! :)

    First weigh in today as councillor can't get Monday, I've lost 9 1/4 lbs since Monday
    I'm so happy!!!! ;) any advice will be appreciated :)

    So today's day 7.
    Feeli very focused in what I'm doing.
    My breakfast is a tetra, my lunch will be a veg soup and dinner a strawberry shake.
    This plan is fantastic. Can't wait to finally feel normal :)
