New year....new start....new me!

    I've tried SW a few times over the years but last January, I went for it 100 percent. I lost 2st 10lbs but then I started to falter. I've put on about 13lbs but I'm determined to get to my goal weight of 9 stone. I have less than 2 stone to go and I know I can do it because I've lost weight on SW before.

    New year....new start....new ME! :p

    Good luck, sounds like you know exactly what you're doing so hope I have as much success as you. My target is 9 stone as well so need to lose about 2 stone.
    This is my first time doing SW and I am finding it easier than WW so far.

    Thank you so much and good luck to you too! It's a great way of eating. I had a lot of stuff going on in my life and I lost my way. I'm much happier on SW to be honest. I feel better about myself. Do you have a food diary?

    Lunch
    SW chips, fried eggs and mushrooms

    Afternoon snack
    Small bowl of plain pasta

    I went out for lunch yesterday, so I wasn't 100 percent on plan. Today I am 2lbs lighter. I am happy but, at the same time, slighly disappointed because last time, I lost 4lbs on my first week. Although, I did weigh a lot more then. My goal is to lose 1lb a week from now on. Slow and steady wins the race. :)
