Cruise PV New York deli sandwich


Never Ever Give Up!
This is one of my favorite sandwiches so I thought I'd share the recipe with you all.

2 slices of Dukan bread (made as per recommended amount per day)
French deli mustard or French Dijon mustard

Grill/toast the bread. Slice 1 tomato and 1 gherkin. Spread the mustard on the bread like you would do with butter/mayo follwed by some lettuce, the pastrami, tomato and gherkin. Top with the second slice of bread and cut in half. Enjoy!

Pastrami is made from beef so yes, but I would use it very moderately as it is higher in salt.
