    Hi, I'm new here. I'm following slimming world and going to the gym every week day. My target is as much fitness as possible by my mission trip to Zambia in July 2012.

    Be carful don't think because your getting fit you don't have to stick to the plan.... Only 10% of weight loss comes from exercise I've made this mistake before !! Good luck
