Hi :)

joined today. im 18 5ft 4 and weigh in atm at 10st 11

i would like around 9 st 7 to be my goal.

im not doing a specific diet ie WW or SW im just calorie controlling.

Im roughly a size 12 - 14 bottom and top.

I've never liked my body always thought i was the fat one in the group but i am short also which doesnt help.

I've been spurred to do this as i work with two older skinny women who on friday had a huge dig at my about my weight saying i was fat etc. (i do get on with these women by the way)

This time next year i would like to be at my goal weight so i can come into work and show them what i have achieved.

If anybody has any hints or tips i would appreciate them or any success stories they want to share? anything that keeps you motivated.

Hi Hun, welcome to Mins and good luck. Keeping a food diary is a good way to keep track of what you are eating, keep a variety to your food, drink plenty of fluids and exercise. You will be at goal in no time and can then stick two fingers up to those ladies. Good Luck xx
