    Hi all! Just started Slim Fast on my second week, im finding it ok so far. I also joined the gym last week, im loving the spinning class.

    Hiya, glad your finding it ok i think SF is really good for focusing your mind, glad your enjoying the spinning class thats half the battle i think finding something you enjoy

    Thanks. seriously spinning aint that bad the first few classes may be hard but after that its fun and at the end you feel great and it burns lots of calories.
