I'm on exante, 2nd time round, first time lost 3. Stone in 12 weeks, looking to lose around 4 this time. The choice a.d value is excellent if you can cope with three or four really tough days to start, after that you get loads of energy and great weekly weight loss to keep you motivated. I ordered exante around 10 hours ago and I just seen you're post now so now I feel excited I should get the order delivered tue or wed , I'm so excited but so dreading it also , I think the most dread is the amount of water I've heard you have to drink ... I so under drink xxx

The waters a godsend really luisa, cos it fills you up, if youcan battle through the first few days you'll be fine. Good luck when you start let us know how youre doing.
