    Hi guys! :wave_cry:

    Im just over 16st and I want to lose 5 stone. Ive been 'dieting' for 3 weeks and shifted a measly 4lb.

    How do you guys do it?

    Help me please!!!

    Theres so much stuff on here I wdnt know where to start :(

    Hi, Which diet are you doing? I am doing Lipotrim, and in 5 weeks I have lost 29lbs. It is tough to begin with, but once you have your first weigh-in, you will be amazed!

    You are on the right road logging on to this site as everyone is so supportive. I am on LT and am finding it easy enough. Very rarely, hungry or tempted to weaken. The trick is to keep drinking water. From looking at people's trackers you will see that the weightlosses are fab. Best of luck in your journey.
