Hi to you all. I have been reading this forum for a while now and i am looking forward to posting and offer help and support to you all.
The support i have felt just reading threads is immense and has been so helpful.
I started sw in October last year and lost 19lbs, i went of the tracks in december because of losing my job and have just this week started up again, i put 6lbs in that time but have lost 3lbs so far this week. Yay:D

Hi Mummado,
Congratulations on your first week's weight loss.
Like you I've done SW before, the last time I joined (2009) did it for about 3 months, but my heart wasn't really completely in it for a whole host of reasons, so my weight loss was slow and then I just gave up!
Anyway I too have just rejoined (this last week) and I'm going to give it my all. I've got to - I'm now at my heaviest (15st 8lb) and want to lose weight to get healthier. I also want to lose weight as my OH and I want to have a baby. Oh and before that get married. SO the time is right.
I know the diet works - have done it years ago and successfully lost weight, although I'm a bit nervous about the whole EE thing - just seems too good to be true, but I guess it must work!

Hello Everyone

I have joined SW before and have lost weight but always ended up straying and putting it all back on and then some. I am now going to be following Extra East at home using this website for support. Going to start my healthy easting plan today and am hoping for a good loss next week. Weekends are always a problem but hoping my determination will see me through. Wish me luck!

Good luck star. Lost 4lbs last week don't think it will be so good next week tbh.

I am feeling the difference though and people have made comments but that could be the gym.

Not sure if you have tried it but check out the mushy pea curry, I cooked it last weekend and it was amazing, better than a take away and I will have it or a variation of it every Saturday night, it has kept me focused this week. Yum yum x x

Wow i have been bad this weekend, Had the worst week ever last week so i think i have established that i am a comfort eater :-(
Back on tomorrow and weigh in on tuesday. Fingers crossed i have not done too much damage!!
