Hi all :wavey:

I have decided to have a change and come over to Calorie Counting. I have previously done WW and SW but I need a kick up the bum... my brother has told me about calorie counting and has done really well. So I thought I would give it a go

Any tips etc you have would be appreciated. I look forward to chatting with you all xx

Hi and welcome.

I was going to suggest starting a food diary on MFP but see from your ticker that you are already familiar. Search down thru the Calorie counting forum and sign up for the 55 day christmas challenge
