Hello All

I am new to the WW forum and looking around have found it really helpful, I have been killing myself with exante on and off for a few months - It has given me a kick start but not the best way to go long term! ...Im hungry! So last week I went back onto my WW Pro points and I love it! I have my weigh in on a Friday and have lost 5lb last week which I am very pleased with. I am having mainly fruit and yoghurt smoothies for breakfast, omlette and bacon for lunch and then veg stir fry with prawns or chicken for dinner and snacks in the middle! If anyone has any ideas for me so I can mix it up I would be really grateful, thanks for your support! Im looking forward to the WW journey!

well sone on ur 1st week weigh-loss Jo!u should definitely try out some of the 0points soup recipes!they are really filling and u cud have them with a low point sandwich for lunch as a change!
